Strata Macros is a professional control solution designed specifically for BlackMagic Design ATEM Switchers, offering a streamlined interface for macro management.

The application connects directly to your ATEM switcher via Wi-Fi and your existing network connection, eliminating the need for a dedicated computer interface.

Furthermore, Strata Macros has the capability to control ATEM-attached HyperDecks through integrated macro commands, providing a comprehensive control environment.

Key features include:

<li>Multiple layout configurations catering to both small and high-density button arrangements</li>
<li>Color coding of buttons utilizing tags embedded within ATEM macro notes, enhancing visual organization</li>

It should be noted that this application is not compatible with older ATEM switchers that are not manufactured by BlackMagic Design. It requires iOS version 5.1.1 or later and ATEM firmware version 3.4 or higher.

Important considerations involve network reliability: the control protocol employs UDP and is sensitive to packet loss and latency. To ensure optimal performance, a stable and responsive Wi-Fi network is essential. Performance can vary significantly between different router brands; in particular, Apple Airport routers have demonstrated consistent reliability.
